Oi Technologies is a Tech Company, registered and operating from Bangladesh. But this time we are focusing on building mobile applications, websites, software, Innovations and more!

2. Definition of Personal Data

Current Status: Our mobile applications do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data from your device. They operate locally and do not have access to your contacts, files, location, or any other personal information. The only data we may receive is when you voluntarily contact us via email or support forms.

Currently, our applications do not collect any personal data. However, if we develop or launch new applications, features, or updates that require the collection, storage, or processing of your Personal Data in the future, we will strictly follow these steps before any data collection begins:

🔴 Important Note: As of now, we do not store or process large-scale user data. All data is handled locally, and we do not use third-party cloud storage unless explicitly informed and consented to by you. Currently we do not collect payment details. If we introduce paid services in the future, this section will apply. We will use a PCI‑compliant gateway and will never store your full card details

6. How We Use Your Data

  • Storage: Currently, we do not store any user data from our apps. Any data we may store (for example, support emails) is kept on our own secure, password-protected servers in Bangladesh. We do not use public or third-party cloud storage without explicit prior notice to you. Some app data stays on your device. We do not store or access it. Only support emails sent to us are stored on our email server until your query is resolved. If we introduce cloud storage or third‑party services in the future, we will notify you and obtain your explicit consent beforehand.

  • Encryption: Where possible, we use encryption (e.g., SSL/TLS for data transfer, and disk encryption for stored data).

  • Access Control: Only authorized personnel (currently the proprietor) have access to user data, strictly on a need-to-know basis.

  • Breach Notification: In the unlikely event of a data breach that compromises your Personal Data, we commit to notifying affected users and the relevant local authorities within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach.

We retain your Personal Data only for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by applicable laws in Bangladesh.
